Question for Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Double Agent

If anybody know how to get past to Ohkanast level.(the level where you first get the shotgun attachment and sniper attackment) help me. I got captured and i have all my gear and full health. But when i go out the door i get killed every time! I get past the first crew worker but i can't get past his "henchmen"please help!
