When you get through the key pad door you'll be in the holding cell area. Take out the cop patrolling the cell area, If you shoot out all the lights another guy, (some kind of tech.) will come around to investigate. Take him out, if he sounds an alarm another guard will come out of a locked closet.

Once this is all done, from the holding cells make the right hand turn and then the other right down another long hall. Go through the automatic glass door to the left in this hall. Walk around the computers and you'll find another automatic glass door. Agent Blaustine and Madison are the bodies laying on the operating tables.

There is also a camera on the back left wall when you come through the door. If you're a good shot you can shoot it from the door and it won't detect you. You have to get close to one of the bodies for it to say you found them.
