Question for Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six 3

Is there a cheat that gives you all the stages??
Also, why doesn't it let the go to new stages when playing splitscreen mode?

There isn't a cheat for all stages. It won't let you go to new stages because all the stages you can play in splitscreenmode you first have to unlock them in campaign.
