When playing any co-op mission with Xbox system link does anyone have a cheat to be able to respawn?I have the cheat to be invincible but respawning would be preferable.

If you are invincible how would you die? I mean you will not need to respawn since you cannot die, you posted a pretty idiotic question if you ask me.
