You can't get ulimited health but you can unlock a cheat that gives you ulimited ammo! You most accomplish story mode on hard to get that cheat!

I dont know about ammo but to get infinite health, on the aztec level kill the monkey with THE CROWN on and you will have infinite health for ONLY,story,and,versus mode ONLY.
