I entered the "get shorty" cheat, and I heard the sound, but I can't find the gnome. I'm in Central Station, and I looked all over, but he's nowhere to be found! Is he in the same place every time?

Okay the gnome is not in the same place all the time when you enter that cheat code for the gnome I know that cause I am on the part where I am at the 2nd apartment right now and the gnome is not in the same place as the other part's.
When I found my gnome where I am in the 2nd apartment I found him on the out side on the side of the building lol I know that I looked all over and found him there not in the building but on the side when I went too skyline I found him in the area where the music van is by the heat lamp close too the music van,so that is all I can say about this one I hope I helped a little bit just keep in mind the gnome is not in the same place at all time's.
