I have one more mission to complete and I cant complete the mission because Neo wont allow me to tag face him...
 
 How do I go about doing that?
 
 I have been trying to do this for the past few days to complete the game and everytime I try he grabs the can from my hand and tags me first.
 
 I also tried to dress him and me different and he takes my style but yet he wont allow me to tag face him.
 
 Please help!

Get Neo to become your friend and keep trying to tag face him.if he trusts tou and thinks yopur his friend he won't expect it so get your friendship level up to like 65 to 70.If that doesn't work then I don't know what to tell you that's what I did.The style thing is that usually they take your style if you have alot of rep and they like you they do to me alot if I talk and act friendly to them alot.
