Try using an eel, you get it out of the aquarium, and some other ingredients that wouldn't seem like a very good combo. (example:eel, yogurt, cheese) That usually works for me.

Try putting llama in it. Anything with llama in it will make any sim vomit.

Ok, this works for me most of the time now first use the "change any sims skill cheat (Y, B, X, Black, D-Pad Left) and change my cooking to 0 then use a "u-probe it refrigerating organism thing and mix :flauxalextra,an eel,a soursop, and if you want a mangosteen.
(These are a mixture of poo enducing fruit and just plain nasty stuff) the mangosteen and soursop are from a frood tree.
The eel is from a fishtank and the flauxalextra only comes from the u-probe-it refrigerator.(i recomment the money cheat to afford this stuff
