You can either get your level up by completing the stage before several times or do it on cooperative play. If you choose cooperative, have one player parrying his attacks from the front while the other attacks from behind so neither one of you gets hit.
Well,
To beat the king you just have to attack him using all your attacks.
Block when he is striking you and then attack if you can use your arrows. The best place to fight from is the rocks that are to the far right corner. Killing the king is the easy part but leaving the place before it collapses is harder.
