There are 3 main ones
1 east of khuul follow the shore until you find a crashed boat then walk into the opening and follow the path until you reach and opening to the left pass it then follow the ridge right until you find dwemer ruins and that should be the base
2 west of Tel Fyr past Uviriths Grave get your map that came with the game out it will be easier for these instructions there are 2 dwemer ruins you should see them on the map I think it is the one farther south but I'm not sure so if it's not just check the other one and then you found it
3 is north of the island but I don't remember the exact location maybe west of rotheran
