If you have the keening and the sunder you could kill Sagoth Ur. Or you could could try using the keening to get you speed up so high that you can run and jump across the screen :]
Or you could try playing another file and start from scratch.
Or if you still bored you could p;ay another game :[
You could try and perfect your character by working on all of the skills (making them all at 100) or you can go on a quest to obtain the most wealth, or you can retire and hunt. Don't forget, if your the bloodthirsty kind, you can whipe out the towns of practically everyone....except gaurds, CAUTION: Save your game before you do this. Hope this sparked some ideas.
