Question for The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Game of the Year Edition

Does anyone know any cheats to get your skills up to a really high level?
And another question is: what is the story line to Morrowind, cause I don't acctually know?!

To make your attributes really high is to buy a spell that increases your attributes and soul trap.After that go to someone that makes spells and make a spell that increases your attribute by 100 points on self and soultrap on TARGET 1 sec.Then cast it LOOKING DOWN and your attribute should go up and stay like that.have fun with the cheat!!!

If you can go to mournhold, do so, and go to the imperial cult services and buy a spell that fortifies a skill. Then get soultrap and go to a spellmaker. Make a spell that fortifies desired skill for the desired magnitude, for 1 sec. Then make soultrap another effect and do nothing other than put it on target. Then cast the spell looking down.
The storyline is: In the waning years of the third era of Tamriel, a prisoner was sent, under guard, without explanation to Morrowind, ignorant of the role he was to play in that nation's history. Basically, you are a reincarnation of Saint Nerevar, destined to unit the Dunmer Great houses and Ashlander tribes, while destroying the Blight and the Heart of Lorkhan, which is the powerhouse of the Tribunal and Dagoth Ur, the Devil.And during all of this, the Daedra Azura is Watching over you.
