Who's the best guy to pick in Morrowind.Right now am a Nord I try a Khajiit and a Argonian but I don't like being they look cheap.They look better in Oblivion and in Morrowind they can't wear shoes.Who's the best person to pick.

Imperials are good, because everyone tends to like you a lot more, making some quests a lot easier. Though they do tend to be a bit weak, but with a bit of leveling it can be easily solved. I suppose all races have their pros and cons, just read the instruction booklet to see what bonuses each race get.
That really does depend on what class you wanna be, Like I'm a Nord Battlemage...Great mix Orcs are good warriors etc. Take a look at the Booklet it tells you about all the classes and races.
