Drown yourself in the water that is in the room,hope your not a argonian?

First drown yourself and then the screen will turn black and your health will recharge by itself (very neat-O) and you resurface and your in a differnt room and you find another shrine with a dremora standing by it but don't kill him and make sure you have a SILVER LONGSWORD ONLY and he will take it and you can get a blessing from the shrine of eternal water breathing!!
