Okay my second question. You must all know the friends in indoril the ordinators. Well in vivic at the ministry of truth outside there is a woman guarding it. I uh kinda killed her and know I can't do a mission for the blades I don't have spells or anything to pick 80 or higher. Can anyone tell me if there is a spell or item and where to get it any help would be appreciated.

Well there are a couple of things that you could do.
The first is to be a high enougth level to find scrolls of earthspliting lock, or something. These unlock level 100.
The second is to have enough money to make an amulet of open lock 100 points. Or money to get your security up so that you can pick it.
