There aren't any white robes on any elder scrolls game, but why would you want one?

I don't know if you can in the elder scrolls edition or not but on the game of the year edition if you are far enough in the temple quests there will be a mission where you have to talk to a guy named eno romari outside the winged gaur in godsreach he is wearing a white robe.
