To get to the cavern of the incarnate from the urshilika camp follow the coast east until you reach the mountains that seperate the ashlands from the grazelands. Then follow these mountains south and eventually you will find a path between two mountain ranges. Keep following this path and eventually you will reach the cavern of the incarnate. (also, I think it has to be 6am or pm to get into the cavern.)

checkmateman answered:

An alternate route to the cavern of the incarnate would be to take a boat from sadrith mora to Vos (or Tel Mora, it doesnt really matter) then walk directly west until you get to the mountain range dividing the ashlands from the grazelands. Levitate over one set of mountain ranges, follow the path south and eventually you will find the cavern of the incarnate.
