I have been playing morrowind for the past two 2 months and right now I am doing quests for the imperial legion and I am a knight errant,every fort I go no one gives me orders.Is this the end?and I am not not familiar with making enhancted spells pliz help!!!

Knight Errant is not the highest rank, so you must have missed a couple of quest givers. The quest givers and their locations are:
General Darius - Madach Tradehouse in Gnisis
Imsin the Dreamer - Fort Buckmoth near Ald'ruhn
Radd Hard-Heart - Fort Moonmoth near Balmora
Fraid the White - Fort Hawkmoth in Ebonhart
Varus Vantinius - Grand Council Chamber in the Duke's Castle in Ebonhart
You can only get quests from Varus Vantinius the Legion Boss, once you have reached the rank of Knight Protector.
