Hey guys it's me sinful. I'm stuck[again] on the mournhold questline. I'm supposed to find a temple informant for king hlaalu helseth, so that I can figure out if the temple plans on moving against helseth or accetpting him.I cannot find the informant no matter how long I look. I looked for so long and bribed alot of people, yet none were "discontented". Please help me it is very aggravating.
