Apparently there's this talking merchant mudcrab (which everyone besides you and I have already found) with 10,000 gold who buys stuff at full price.

There really is a talking mudcrab, you go below vivec ant then to the right a good ways until you see a bunch of Islands below the city that starts with an m and is just like Vivec except it is smaller. Below it are some Islands and the talking Mudcrab is on one. Right on the shore he won't attack you so you will know him.

Start at St.Olms in Vivec. Go right until you see a Dwemer ruin. There is a small island (really small) to the east, the Mudcrab is on the island. Personally I used mark there , and since it is in the middle of nowhere I also have Alm..(something) Intervention.
