Whenever I go to Ald'ruhn I can't buy stuff, use the silt strider, or anything beacause of Having the mark of Zenithar. They said this: Not this time your are born under the mark of Zenithar and you have an oath you've yet to fufill

What happened was you talked to some guy about delivering shirts to a trader and he made you take the oath of zenithar. You have to deliver the shirts to get rid of it. Sorry I couldnt remember the names but if you refer to your journal I think it might name the person you deliver the shirts to. Hope it helped!
