Question for The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind

I was wondering, are there cheats to raise your security and sneak skill, like the marksmenship with the bound longbow spell, becuase I want to become a very good theif, but I'm poor so I can't get training.

Is there a cheat to raise it?

Well not really but there is a way to become Ultimate Fieth.

All you have to do is sneak and make sure your high up in the room then you can steal stuff without the people knowing.

If you want to get your skill up use the drain skill cheat.

All you do is visit the mage guy in Dirty Muriels Cornerclub in Sadrith Mora, buy scourge blade off him then select make spell go to drain skill (whatever skill you choose must be major or it won't work) 100-100 on self for 2 seconds then find someone who trains that skill use the spell and talk to them it will only cost you 1 gold each time.

If You don't have good destruction skill I recommend you use the restore magicka skill too.

There is a way to become a very good thief all you have to do is the missions for Sugar-lips Haibbaise and on one of the missions she gives you a ring called the ring of far reaching and this lets you grab stuff from a distance so you can grab and sell then get trained but on every level you gain you must increase your inteligence because your Sneak skill and your Security skill cannot be higher than your intelegence

Hope this Helps you out

Well as far as I've seen (and I haven't paid attention as much too because I never needed it) There aren't any Bound Lockpick spells or anything, though there is one nice way to get your intelligence up.

Here is an example of how I would do it:

You can buy an intelligence spell or just wait until you get good enough for 100 int then get some CE item that increases int (the number it increases does not matter 1 is plenty). NOW! wait, now. In Balmora find the High elf Blades trainer the name starts with an A, I'd go look but I'm lazy. Talk to him and go to training, You can use this TWO DIFFERENT WAYS.

One is just basically make sure your INT is as high as Security or above and train however much you need in that skill.

Second Option is!
if your INT is 101+ you can consistantly train as much as you want even after your skill in security is maxed. The benefit of this is your level increases every 10 trains as though you were normally training a skill up. Ever wondered how bad a level 150 would be? Well I know.(Only do this if you are loaded, remember training costs that gold you got, by the time i figured this out I'd already done the main quest and reached level 50 on my second character and had about 2mill in gold and all the items in morrowind in my overloop bag(s) to just throw away)

ANOTHER NOTE!(its cool too)
In case that trainer dies or something stupid you did theres another master like that in a little hut in Ald'Ruhn, ALSO in balmora though, is a Redgaurd woman in the first door on the left in the Lucky lockup that you can train up in Short Blade!(this is great for anyone who does'nt steal things or sneak around, and even better for the ones that do!)
