Im on the quest on Solthsiem for the raven rock colony. The guy there said to kill the Spriggans to the east in the trees. Ive killed four of them but the man in the bar still wont talk to me. Is there more of them or was I not suppose to kill them or something because they came back to life twice before they stayed down.

There are probably more Spriggans that you have to kill. Also, Spriggans have 3 lives, so don't worry about that. (If you're not supposed to kill someone, the game will say that you have doomed the world and you won't be able to finish the main questline)
