Just fly up high enough where he can't hit you and then throw things at him. When he gets about half dead, he will send these little ball things at you. All you have to do is use your heat vision on them. I think he does that twice, but just keep throwing things at him and you will beat him in no time. Hope I helped
Do as the game says and block his attacks. After he has thrown three punches at you, you can then punch him. As was said before, when he summons the floating balls, just use your heat vision to destroy them.
