She is, but only as a cameo. You have to be evil to see her. After defending Telos from the Ravager attack, Carth Onasi will seek an audience with you. If you go (i think you have to) he'll ask you if you know where Revan is. You don't. Then, as you leave, Bastila will then come in and ask Carth if you knew where Revan was. He said you didn't...
Thats pretty much it i'm afraid.
It depends what you said at the start if you said revan was evil then you don't see bastila if you say he was good or she then you will see bastila at the end
