Well, first you have to get your influence high with her. Talk to her, make her happy, etc. Then you have to talk to her, butter her up to bring her back to Nar Shadaa in that place in front of the Entertainment Center where Kreia told you the Force was strong. Desperate, but strong. And she becomes Jedi.

You can do it.

You also have to make her yell at you to "go away and leave me alone" when you talk to her about her past then go back and apologize, it gets you influence.
