Can you get Dark and regular jedi master robes without killing Sion and Vrook,and if so,how?

Um...You'd be amazed at what you find on just any old corpse. Just search every Remains and Corpse you find (and Lockers, and Metal Boxes, and Plasteel Cylinders, etc.) and you'll find some...eventually. The places you find items are different every time you play the game, remember.

You can also find Dark Jedi Master robes on Darth Nihilus, if you manage to get him not to burn up in the red lightning stuff that appears to take him when you defeat him and Visas does whatever she does (looks upon him with her own eyes, or something). Basically, the Sith Lords all have Dark Jedi Master robes on them, but it may be that you can't get them from Nihilus because he blows up, and Kreia (Darth Traya) falls into the very bowels of Malachor V at the end of the game, so they'd be useless to you anyway.

I also find that Zeison Sha/Jal Shey armor is far more effective than any kind of robes, but it's your choice.
