No, there is no invincibility cheat, the best way to stay alive if your having problems staying alive is not to level up when you have enough XP because when you level up your health fills up again, save your levels until your in a fight and your nearly dead, then quickly pause and level up, you will be stronger and have full HP, it is also good to use energy/melee shields when in large battles.

I found the cheats, but it takes forever to get and it's hard to find the right items depending on your class.
