One way of getting past the Rancor is to use Mission, she has a stealth option which will make her go invisible. You then go around the Rancor and run to the door and kill the droids then shoot the Rancor. I found that a bit tricky because sometimes it won't always work and Mission is not really a good match against the droids that are in the door.

The easiest way is to press the back button so that you are on solo mode(to prevent your party from following you), then slowly walk up to the beast until the game pauses notifying that there is an enemy and then throw a grenade. Run back towards the door where you came from and wait for it to go back. Keep repeating until it is dead.

There is a pile of bone when you open the door.

First when your at the doo the something about an arm and you get bek datapad.

Then open the door and get to the pile of bones, get the items then put a frag grenade and a senitive odor or somthing.

I don't know what is the name, then a cut secne willl show that the rancor drop dead.

To pass rancor use mission in stealth mode then walk 1/2 way to the rancor plant 7 frag mines right on top of each other.

Walk back a bit and throw a frag then run you will gain more exp 750 this way an other way to beat it is mission.

Walk over to the pile of dead bodies and put a tube of smelly stuff and a poison mine in it, 350 side note put the game on easy and level to level 2.

Fight with other charecters this way you will have more force powers and feats when you are a jedi so you will have 18 levels of jedi and 2 of scout or what ever.

I always do this and I use scout and I do everything on taris the dueling ring.

When I finish the race and breshick attacks run away keep away from him let bastaila fight him she will win then pick up all remanses and continue.

To change party members go to the map and push a button on the next planet how do you get off tairs you fly the ebon hawk.
