Are you sure you're talking about the right game? I've never heard of Baragwin Shadow Armor, but it sounds like something from Morrowind or maybe Halo 3, not Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic.
You get Baragwin Shadow Armor on Mannan. Firstly, after you kill the Dark Jedi Master and the 2 Selkath apprentices. The Dark Jedi Master should have a Double-bladed red lightsabre, 8 Medpacs and the armor but if you got in the Sith base by hacking the encrytion card then Baragwin Shadow armor will be replaced by Dark Jedi mask
