For the Sith prisoner, you have to have a massively powerful Persuade skill, and you ought to word it right; I usually use the "We have your wife" tactic, but you can do whatever you like. For the mathematic portion, just do the math for the first four, then cheat on the last two. I'd tell you what they are, but I've forgotten. I have them written down at home, but right now I'm at my grandpa's house, so I can't very well go look at them, now can I? The first answer on the datapad is 22. Second is 18. Third is 64. Fourth is 2. Fifth is 6. And last is 7. Trust me, I've gone thrugh the game more than once.
