On the water planet I have killed everyone in the sith base, but can not unlock the door to the training room.
I cann't switch characters either, nor go out side. How do I unlock the door?

You need to talk to a fish person where the mercs are and then it will be unlocked for you.
The room where the mercs are is right across from the judges after you talk to the fish person it will be unlocked.
Make sure you talk to shalaus the one far from the entrance.
