How do you switch off your lightsaber?
I know that you can, because if you wait long enough where is says press start, you'll see a comercial pop up and see a bunch of jedi fight. And at the end it shows the jedi walking away and then he switched off his lightsaber. And missions when you're with Kyle Katarn he'll switch his lightsaber off after battle has ended.

Right, you know when you chose weapons when you press up and then white?
The you do that with your light sabre got it?
Then just press the desired button (i find black the best)

Try putting you light sabre away then using force lightning Lvl. 3

all i do is put in the invincinabily cheat and to de ativate my saber i jsut use the drain life in combat its more fun and u can kill siths with it easy cuz well it drains thier life i tryed the 1 above me and i could not do it for some reason
This is how it's truly done. You select your lightsaber, it should be your only weapon when you first play the game. Once your lightsaber is out hold down the white button until you hear a click sound...for the 360 controller it's the RB. Wait until the picture of the lightsaber disappears, then after the sound you can now turn your lightsaber on and off at will.
