Question for Sonic Heroes

Does anyone have any hints or cheats on how to get past stage 12 Mystic Mansion? I have got as far as the 3 paths I can do Knuckles and tails paths but cannot do Sonics.

Jumping on the ghosts head!!! Can anyone help me. Also is there any free lives around the area so I don't have to keep doing the whole level when I die?

Try not to get knuckles and tails to follow you so only sonic is alone and give the ghosts heads time to appear.

If you need lives, try going through easier levels and constantly get 100 rings.

I know how to do it ,but I can't explan it,try jumping to the first ghost then move the left anlog stick where the ghost it then sonic will do a flying kick to the ghost and keep doing it(do it fast)and their can easily shoot you so be careful .I don't think is the best way to tell you but I'm trying my best.And there is no life around(sorry)
