The springs are at the end of the dock, "shock on the dock"
The helmet can be found once you go through the hedge maze on the top of haunted hill.

The Springs Are At The End Of The Boardwalk Where You Meet The Groundskeeper Again And Have Get Shaggy To Help You Get By The Fence
