Question for Red Dead Revolver

My game keeps freezing on the part where you have to kill christina and I have to re-do the level. Is it my game or something else?

Just kill her with one or two bullets in the head,when she is killed fight agianst the other enemies

There is probably a bug in the game or you're disc may be scratched.
