How do I beat Mr. Kelly in the dual ??? I believe it is in chapter 24 and I can not seem to get in a good shot before he gets me.

If you aim for one shot at his leg it will make him hesistate for a millisecond, then load him up with what ever else you got in his upper chest or head region. Believe me it takes everything you got to take him out!!!
You have to make sure you grabbed your gun then press up and shoot.
