I'm stuck in Fate's Dark Hand... I'm to the part where I have to get up the wall where I jump from one side to the other, but everytime I try he slides down before I can jump to the other side.. Someone told me to do the Slow down time spell, but it's not working, can anyone help?

I am not sure where you are , but I am 78% sure that where you are. You don't have to climb up jump from where you are and you will reach another wall and question is answered!!
Ok I get it where you are. While on the rope, to swing you press R1 right? While pressing it, press X as well and it get on the other side.
