Back before the room that has the swinging poles and spike pit, you will see a statue of a woman on the left of the side of the door. Run up to the statue and hold R by it. Puyll it onto the pressure pad and there will be a crack. Farah will crawl through and appear on the ledge back in the room wher you need to lower the water. Kill all the Sand Beasts and she will come down. Get here to stand on the pressure pad in the middle of the alter thing. That will open the door in front of the gear. Next, pull the statue of the women near the waterfall back and that will open the middle door. Last, run up the wall to the last one and press Y when you're on it. That opens the last door. Run to the gate on the left side and go through. Follow the hall to the gear. Pull the gear in a full circle and go back out. THe water will be drained.
