Question for Pac-Man World 2

In PacMan's village, I see a token on top of a tall tree but I don't know how to get it. Is there any way you can climb the tree?

Also, there is a few buildings I don't know how to get to the rooftops to retrieve the fruit and things. I believe one of the buildings is the pink & blue rooftop one. Please help me if you can.

Solutions:(1)Token on top of tree: while on the upper level of the walk way look for the shadow of the token on the ground, when you locate it jump up in that area! (2) Blue Roof 3 levels with chimney:stand on second roof (right)move to left edge an look at chimney. Jump at same to retrieve apple for the most difficult apple.
