In PacMan's village, I see a token on top of a tall tree but I don't know..

Question for Pac-Man World 2

In PacMan's village, I see a token on top of a tall tree but I don't know how to get it. Is there any way you can climb the tree?

Also, there is a few buildings I don't know how to get to the rooftops to retrieve the fruit and things. I believe one of the buildings is the pink rooftop one. Please help me if you can.
