Question for Ninja Gaiden

Im stuck on chapter 6 in the fossil area just before you fight the skeleton boss can someone help me because them zombie looking freaks get on my nerves!!!!!!!!

The zombies are easy once you get the hang of them. Start with the flying lunge (jump towards an enemy and hit Y) this should cut off their heads so they can't bite you. Next just keep smacking them. They telegraph their moves very noticeably. Once you kill 2 or 3 use their essence to blast some more with ultimate attacks. And if they overwhelm you. Use a fireball ninpo.
But if you are at the part where the archers are on that spiral staircase just us your fireball ninpo or incendiary shurikens on them they will go down fast.
