I missed the windmill shurikens in the 4 or 5 chapter in the alley and I am right below the bone dragon thing on chapter 6 or 7, and I already have the holy grail, how am I supposed to get to the alley again? Thanks!

First you go back to the place where you got the kunai scroll [next to HAN'S BAR] and you do a wall run in the alley and up there you'll find a energy refealer and you'll find the WINDMILL SHURIKEN.
Go back to the place where the saving statue is and go in to the place were all the chains are broken tnen just go around the wall. Now your between two walls jump back and forth on the walls 2-3 times and you should be on a platform were there is a scarb there you can reach the nearest plat form and go back to the top
You don't need the windmill shuriken, it's an optional weapon. Kill the boss without it and you will find a way out eventually
