Fighting in NHL 07 is a rare thing. I have played well over 250 games and no sign of a fight. Every game, I have at least 60-75 hits, hoping for a fight. However, when a fight is initiated, a fight button will appear on the screen. (Not sure of the exact button) Press it and hopefully a fight will start. If this option does however appear, it is not 100% sure that the fight will begin. Since you have accepted the fight, the other half does too :(
