Megalow parts in in the stadium district, near...you guessed it, the stadium

At megalow parts the parts there are cheaper and it is around the highway(look for the blue dot on the map)but there is only parts up to the 2nd level ones so always go there at the start of the game

Megalow Parts is just like any other performance shop. The differences though, is that the parts are cheaper, and they only carry up to Pro level upgrades. Megalow Parts can be found on the far left side of the map, just cruise around for a bit, you will find it.
