Erm guys? Yeh this is kinda embarrasing.. I'm on stage 3 an I wanna know how to the overflow gauge, I kinda lost my booklet

If by overflow you mean N2o (Nos) Then You Simply Just Drive With Style And You Get Points For Doing Stuff Like handbreak turns,360's,hydrolics etc and your nos bar will be kinda dark blue when it hits overflow it go's light blue it means you have 2 layers of nos the first layer and overflow also overflow gives you more power when you use it than the standard 1st layer
To fill the overflow meter, you just drive with style. You can dirve really close to traffic and miss them to fill it, do 360's raise your car with hydrolics and much more.
