Question for Need for Speed Underground 2

I'm now using a lexus with all the works. At level 2-3 I am trying to find megaglows hidden shop does anyone know where these is at and nere bye. I also wanted to know how do I unlock the vinaly art paint and how long does this take.
How, when, and where do I get other drivers to race me in a outrun! In the city?

One Megalow shop is in the city core at a street where you can hit bins, The Shop is at a blue light (duh) and it's called Jimmy's Perfo. Shop...OR beat 15 outrun races go to star and get there in 01:20 seconds
