Find hidden shops or go to your garage and goto world map or someting and pick any race from level 1 to 5 that hasen't been completed if you want money for the race restart it once or more times and you will get 1000 $ on levels 2 or higher I haven't played the game for like a year and 2 mounths so i dont really remember it too well
