Question for Need for Speed Underground 2

I have 98% of the game done. I have all unique parts, all races done, and it said I beat the game so why do I still have 98% and 100%?

Have you done all the outrun races cos that was what was wrong with mine

You should check the world map if you have completed all the races you should have 100%
