Question for Need for Speed Underground 2

Hi, I was wondering could anybody help me.

I am 62% complete and my sentra is 8.2 stars but there r no races on the map.

Do I have to find hidden races in order to race another url?

Lots of people are having this problem, I think this may work, go to your garage, then world map, look left and right to go through the different stages and up and down to look at the races, it will say if the rac is complete, or not open the right of the screen.
